The Engagement Manager should check the following conditions:

  • Is the Management Environment up to date?
  • Are any issues known, documented, and solutions proposed?
  • Is the backup version retrievable?
  • Is the Project Management Office effective and able to support the service?
  • Is the office infrastructure sufficient for all team members?
  • Are there any hardware issues that have to be solved in the Service Engagement?
  • Is the used software supporting the objectives of the Service Engagement?
  • Are there any gaps in the software and its licenses?

The Engagement Manager should document all findings of a review and design a plan to apply any changes that may be required.
